Javi Garcia's agent has rejected reports that Manchester United have made an offer for the Benfica midfielder.
Garcia has established himself as one of the most sought-after players in Europe after impressing at Benfica since his arrival from Real Madrid in 2009.
A host of Premier League clubs, including United and other Italian, Spanish and German teams are all thought to be keeping tabs on the 24-year-old's situation at Estadio da Luz.
Reports emanating from England suggested Garcia's representative, Manuel Garcia Quillon, was in talks with United about a possible move to Old Trafford in the summer.
However, Garcia Quillon has moved to dismiss the speculation, saying he has not spoken to anyone and that the move talk is all rumours
"I cannot say anything, no one has talked to me," Quillon told Portuguese TV station TSF.
"There are no offers, just rumours."
