Agent Claims Massive Interest in Manchester United Target Nicolas Gaitan

Manchester United could face plenty of competition for the signature of Benfica star Nicolas Gaitan after the players agent admitted there are a number of clubs interested in the midfielder.
The 23-year-old has attracted plenty of interest due to his impressive performances for the Portuguese side with United and French giants Paris Saint-Germain just two of the clubs linked with the attacking midfielder.
Sir Alex Ferguson is known to be a huge admirer of the Argentina international and recent reports had suggested that the United boss was considering brining the player to Old Trafford.
His performances in the Champions League this season have earned rave reviews with Ferguson heaping praise on the midfielder after his side drew 1-1 with Benfica.
"Gaitan played with intelligence and showed great individual skill," said Ferguson who is believed to have been monitoring the midfielder since his time at Boca Juniors.
Now the players agent Jose Iribarren has revealed that there is plenty of interest in the midfielder.
"I know there are great clubs observing Gaitan but, to This date, no-one has contacted me to express that interest in an official way," Iribarren told our Blog Mufc.777.com this moring ''''
"I think this is a natural situation, as Gaitan is playing in the Champions League and has returned to the Argentina national team. It is normal there are more interested clubs in his services."
